Spiritual Yoga, breathwork, modern witchcraft, and conscious community changed my life. Learning to regulate my nervous system through breathwork, flow with the moon cycles and reflect as the seasons change through the wheel of the year gave me a more grounded way to heal, grow, and reconnect with myself and Spirit.
The Season of Anya is a space for spiritual development, healing, and self-discovery through Yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, moon magick, modern witchcraft, and seasonal living. It’s about taking spirituality beyond something we simply believe in and learning how to actually live it.
This is a safe space for witches, mystics, empaths, yogis, spiritual seekers, and everyone in between who wants to deepen their spiritual growth, explore their inner world, and create a life that feels more connected, intentional, and truly their own.
And none of us are meant to do all of that alone.
That’s why I created The Liminal Flame, an online worldwide + in-person San Diego spiritual community rooted in conscious community, meaningful connection, spiritual growth, Yoga, ritual, and conversations that go a little deeper.
